PVR Springboard app for iPhone and iPad

PVR in partnership with Talentedge introduces Springboard. The application is launched with a vision to uplift employee competence by imparting values of guided and self paced learning. Springboard offers the employees with comprehensive set of learning resources and assessments. The app also incorporates deeper analytics into each employees performance and provides cues to improve.
The application also ensures that the employees of PVR stay connected to their organization with timely updates on various activities across the relevant departments. Employees also have the provision to refer their peers for various internal job openings.
